Tell Us What Is In The Way.
What the business does, roughly how it takes payment now, and the thing that is actually causing trouble. Three sentences is usually enough to get a real answer back.
- Merchant accounts
- POS & equipment
- Statement reviews
- Equipment financing
- Business funding
- Existing accounts
What is the business, and what is the problem?
Everything except your name, your email and the message itself is optional — they are there because they usually shorten the reply, not because the form needs them.
What happens after you press send.
Written without a response time, because a promised one that depends on the day would be a number invented to look reassuring.
-
It is stored
The message is saved before anything else happens, so it cannot be lost to a mail problem.
-
It is read
By somebody who can actually answer it, rather than routed to a queue first.
-
You get a real reply
To the address you gave. If the question needs your statement, the reply says so and why.
-
Nothing is committed
No application has been made, and nothing is signed until terms are in writing in front of you.
What is stored, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy. Your message is used to answer you — it is not sold, and it is not passed to anybody who is not involved in responding.
Before you write.
Two minutes here usually saves a round trip — particularly the one about what to include.
What Highline DoesWhat should I include to get a useful answer?
What kind of business it is, roughly how you take payment now, and what specifically is in the way. Those three sentences are usually enough to get a real answer rather than a request for more information. If the question is about cost, say so — that one needs a statement rather than a conversation.
I want to compare what I am paying now. What do you need?
Your most recent full processing statement. Not a summary and not a screenshot of the headline rate — the complete document, because the effective cost is spread across it and the fees that are easy to miss are the ones that matter. There is no need to send it with a first message; it comes up in the reply.
Is this an application?
No. Nothing sent through this form commits you to anything, and nothing on this site is an offer of processing, equipment or credit. Any real terms are set out in writing before anything is signed.
I am an existing merchant with a problem. Is this the right place?
Yes — say so in the message and it will be routed rather than treated as a new inquiry. If it is urgent and mid-shift, the sales address in the footer reaches the same inbox and is the faster route.
What happens to what I send?
It is stored so it can be answered, and it is used to answer you. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anybody who is not involved in responding. The Privacy Policy sets out what is kept and for how long.
Do I have to tick the acknowledgement?
Only where it is set as a condition, and whether it is appears on the form itself rather than being buried. Either way your answer is recorded with the message, along with the exact wording you were shown.
The three pages that answer most of what comes next.
Processing. Equipment. Funding.
- Nothing sent here is an application
- No page on this site quotes a rate
- Terms in writing before anything is signed
